We are providing service to manage the Post-NOC Issuance: Mandatory Compliances & Ongoing Filing for CGWA. Obtaining the NOC is only the beginning. The industry must then manage its compliance to maintain the NOC and avoid environmental compensation. Installation of Flow Meters: Mandatory installation of digital water flow meters (with telemetry for larger extractions) on all groundwater abstraction points. Impact Monitoring Wells: Installation of piezometers (monitoring wells) to measure the impact of extraction on the water level, with sensors for continuous monitoring. Water Quality Testing: Regular sampling and testing of the abstracted groundwater and effluent (treated wastewater) by an NABL accredited laboratory (usually twice a year, pre-monsoon and post-monsoon). Construction of RWH Structures: The Rainwater Harvesting structures must be constructed within the timeframe stipulated in the NOC.
